Please note - our supplier will let us know on Monday how the lettuce is looking and we will make a final decision at that point. Lettuce of all varieties is very pricey right now, and quality is not optimal. If the red butter lettuce is not looking good, we will provide an alternate kind of lettuce if we are able, or credits will be given.
