Squash, Delicata (super-sweet + easy to cook!)

Delicata squash are cylindrical in shape. Our favourite way to cook them is to cut them in 1/2-3/4 inch rounds, remove the seeds, baste lightly with olive oil and herbal sea salt, and then bake at 400 F until tender (about 15-20 min).
