Watermelon radish is a crowd pleaser! It has nothing to do with watermelon (it's a radish, silly!), but it gets its name because it is green on the outside and bring fuschia on the inside. We like to cut it into thin rounds and then quarters. That way everybody gets a little mini pizza shaped slice that shows both the green and the pink. Delicious crunch! Great on a veggie platter because it's so pretty...and goes well with dip too!
