Spinach-Sprout Salad

Ingredients

1 package fresh spinach, washed 2 cups bean sprouts
¼ cup olive oil
2 ounces slivered almonds
2 tbsp malt vinegar
2 tbsp tamari sauce
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
Paprika
Salt to taste

Instructions

Tear spinach into bite-sized pieces and toss with bean sprouts. Brown almonds in olive oil and combine them, undrained with remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss. Serves 8.
