Southwest Dressing
Recipe for Category Salads & Dressings

Ingredients
½ C plain nonfat or soy Yogurt
2 Tbs chopped fresh Cilantro
¼ C chopped Tomato
1 tsp Honey
½ tsp Chili powder
2 Tbs Ketchup
dash Hot pepper sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process for a few seconds at a time using a pulsing motion in order to blend all ingredients, yet retain some tomato texture. Chill 15 minutes before serving. Store any remaining dressing in refrigerator in a covered container. Yields 3/4 cup.
