Ingredients

1 tsp Salt
1 tsp dry Mustard
½ tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Lemon
¼ tsp Pepper
4 Tbs White wine vinegar
¾ C + 2 Tbs Olive oil
Shake Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves Garlic
1 Egg (optional)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a Mason jar and shake well. Serve as a dressing or a dip.
