This is a vital ingredient for the Potato Spinach Ring recipe which you can find in the Main Course Dishes category!

Ingredients

9 tsp butter or olive oil
9 tsp rice flour
1-1/2 cups plain rice/soya milk*
bay leaf
a dash of nutmeg, salt and pepper

*I use "Silk," a soy-based creamy coffee whitener

Instructions

Heat oil in pan, add flour, and cook for 2 minutes on medium-low heat. Whisk in milk until smooth. Add bay leaf, nutmeg, salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
