Coffee BBQ Sauce
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
2/3 C strong Coffee
1/3 C Butter
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp Dry mustard
1 Tbs Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
Tabasco (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat, stirring, until butter melts. Brush over veggies or meat as it broils. Makes about one cup.
