Pasta with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

1 lb Pasta, cooked and drained
15 oz can Black beans, rinsed and drained
10 ½ oz can Mandarin oranges, drained (or for a stronger orange taste, use one of your Valencias)
2 large ripe Tomatoes, finely chopped
½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

Heat beans, oranges, tomatoes and cinnamon in a medium size pot over medium
heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over your favorite cooked
pasta.
