Spinach & Garlic Scape Pesto
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
3 C packed fresh Spinach leaves
½ C Parsley leaves
2/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
½ C Walnuts
10 chopped Garlic scapes
2 Tbs Basil
1 C extra virgin Olive oil
Instructions
Process until smooth, then drizzle in oil. Makes 2 cups.
