Lime Tarragon Mayonnaise

1 C regular or eggless Mayonnaise (or fat-free yogurt)
Zest of 1 Lime
2 Tbs minced Tarragon
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir thoroughly. Serve or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
