Mash potatoes with roasted garlic cloves (as many as you like!), a bit of milk/soy milk, oil/butter (opt), and chopped fresh savory herbs (ie rosemary, thyme, sage, etc.). To roast garlic, peel outer skin off, and brush with a bit of oil to prevent burning, then place in a toaster oven or under the broiler at 350-375 F. Great comfort food, and healthy, too!
