Ingredients

2 lbs Spinach, washed, cleaned
3 C Rhubarb, cleaned, cut in pieces
Seasonings to taste

Instructions

Steam the spinach until wilted. Steam rhubarb until well cooked. Mix spinach and rhubarb with seasonings (sweet or spicy – your choice). Let cook for about 2 minutes then serve.
