Onion Pie

Ingredients
3 C sliced Onions
1 lb Cottage Cheese
1 9-inch pie crust
Cayenne
2 Tbs butter
1/4 C cream or milk
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Saute onions in butter until soft. Blend cottage cheese with cream and season to taste. Pour into pie shell. Spread onions over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
