3 Tbs Flax oil
1/2 C chopped fresh Basil
2 Tbs Seasame seeds
1 Tbs Flax seeds
1 tsp Tamari
pinch of Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1 bunch Swiss chard

Wash and chop the Swiss chard.

Mix the flax dressing in a blender: flax oil, chopped fresh basil, sesame seeds, flax seeds, tamari and cinnamon.

Place the eggs in a small saucepam, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer for 5 minutes. Fill a large saucepan one-third full with water and bring to a boil. Add the Swiss chard and turn down to simmer for 5 minutes. Cool the eggs in cold water, peel and slice in 1/4-inch rounds. Drain the Swiss chard and split between two plates. Arrange the sliced eggs on top of the Swiss chard and drizzle with dressing.
