Swiss Chard and Walnut Lasagna

Ingredients

Chard or spinach, large handful
2 to 4 oz Walnuts
1 tin or fresh chopped Tomatoes
1 small jar of Tomato-based sauce
Lasagna sheets

For sauce:
Parmesan cheese
Milk
Flour

Instructions

Put one layer of lasagna sheets in the bottom a dish. Simmer chard in 1" of water for approx 5 minutes, drain and place on the lasagna sheets. Add walnuts. Place another layer of lasagna sheets onto the chard and walnuts. Heat the tomatoes with the pasta sauce and then place on the lasagna sheets, making a second layer. Place lasagna sheets on top. Heat milk with flour to make a thick sauce, add cheese and parmesan to taste. Place this as a final layer on the lasagna sheets. Sprinkle 2 tbsp parmesan cheese on top. Place in the oven on 400°F for about 40 minutes.
