Watermelon Radish Slaw

Another bright and crisp dish for those dreary winter months. Feel free to substitute with other root vegetables you have on hand.

Ingredients

1 tsp Celery salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/3 C Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbs Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs Honey
4 C Cabbage, thinly sliced
2 med/lg or 4 sm/medWatermelon radishes, thinly sliced/julienned
2 Green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine celery salt, garlic powder, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and honey. Add cabbage, watermelon radishes and green onion. Toss until well combined, then chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 6-8.
