There are many ways to enjoy Okanagan Grapes! Most people delight in the Coronation grape fresh, right off the vine. But this unique taste treat may also be enjoyed in a variety of other ways, including baked, broiled, or frozen!

You can also add grapes to any salad recipe, whether it's fruit, greens, pasta, or grain-based. Grapes can be stored in the refrigerator unwashed, with stems on, in a vented bag for up to 4 weeks. To serve, simply rinse clusters in cool water and drain.

How About a Frozen Okanagan Grape?

Okanagan grapes freeze well. It's a great way to keep enjoying the flavours of the Okanagan all year long! Just pull the grapes off the bunch and discard the stems. Put the grapes in freezer bags and enjoy them all winter long. Once they're frozen, grapes retain their shape so you can enjoy them in any Okanagan grape recipe, as if they were fresh off the vine! And you can eat them plain or plunk in iced tea or other cool drinks.
