This week, we are introduced to a new winter squash: the Sweet Dumpling squash. Don’t let the size fool you – this little squash is packed full of flavour. The flesh is sweeter and moister than the other winter squashes. Some suggest that the peel is even soft enough to eat when cooked. Sweet Dumpling squash can be cut in half, baked, and then stuffed with your favourite squash stuffing. It can also be substituted in for any butternut, kabocha, or acorn squash recipe.
