Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts…they all come from the same family, but each has its own distinct flavour and texture. This week, we have green cabbage in our baskets. The most wonderful thing about cabbage is its versatility. It can be served hot, cold, shredded, whole, and even pickled.

The recipes below are simple. Cabbage has a delicate taste and simple ingredients can enhance that. Spices such as turmeric, cardamom, and cloves, or fruit such as lemons or apples, are great additions to any cabbage dish. Use the recipes below, or get creative!
