Nutty Hummus

Great for kids snacks and lunch boxes!

Ingredients

3/4 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, etc.)
3/4 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
jam/fruit spread

Instructions

In a blender, process all ingredients together except the jam/fruit spread. Spoon mixture into a serving dish (or lunchbox container!) and top with a layer of jam or fruit spread. Serve with vegetable sticks, fruit slices (apples and pears work well!), or crackers.
