Better than Ice Cream
Recipe for Category Fun Food for Kids & Parents

Ingredients
1 C frozen sliced Bananas
1/2 tsp pure Vanilla extract
1 C frozen fruit*
1/4 to 1/2 C Milk**
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse fruit until coarsely chopped. Add milk a little at a time through top of processor, and puree until creamy. Serve immediately, or freeze in individual-size containers for later.
*We like blueberries and raspberries, but frozen kiwi, strawberry, peach, or mango slices would be great too (or a combination of your favourites!)
**The milk can be cow, soy, rice, almond, cashew, or coconut milk - your choice!
