Barley and Cabbage Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 C Barley
2 C Water
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Sesame oil
1/2 Cabbage
Soy sauce or Tamari to taste
Instructions
Wash and drain barley. Add water and salt and cook for approximately 45 minutes. Uncover and add this to the cabbage which has been chopped small and sautéed in sesame oil. Mix, season with salt and add soy sauce or tamari. Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F. It is done after approximately twenty minutes or when golden brown.
