Borscht

Ingredients
2 lb Beets
1 large Onion
1 large Garlic clove
8 C Water
2 tsp Salt
3 Tbs Sugar
1/4 C Lemon juice
1/3 C Dill, chopped
Instructions
Wash and peel beets. Peel onion and garlic and grate beets. Mix salt and water in a large pot and add veggies. Simmer for one hour. Add sugar, lemon juice, and dill. Cook an additional half hour. Cool and serve.
