Italian Dressing
Recipe for Category Salads & Dressings

Ingredients
4 Tbs of Vegetable oil
1 ½ Tbs of Vinegar, lemon juice, dry red or white wine
1 clove Garlic (peeled but left whole)
¼ teaspoon Salt
Dash of freshly ground Black pepper
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a screw-topped jar or other sealable container. Shake occasionally. When ready to serve, remove the garilc clove and shake vigorously.
