This salad excites the taste buds because of the different flavors mixed together. Give it a try. It's sure to become a favorite.

Ingredients

1/2 head frsh cabbage,shreddded
1 large apple,cubed
2 tsps. poppy or celery seed

Instructions

Shred cabbage & put in large bowl. Peel apple if not organic, otherwise
wash well before cubing. Cut apple into cubes and mix in with cabbage. Add seeds and mix again thoroughly.

Serve with Celery Seed Dressing:

1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. organic dry mustard
1 tsp. sea salt
41/2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
1 cup flaxseed oil
1Tbsp. celery seed.

Shake well after combining all ingredients to dissolve honey into other ingredients. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
