Radish-Tomato Salad

Ingredients
3 Radishes, grated
1 tsp Honey
3 large Tomatoes, roasted
1 tsp Salt
1 Onion, chopped
1/4 C Kalamansi juice (or 3 part lemon and 1 part mandarin orange juice)
Instructions
Grate radishes. Peel roasted tomatoes and mix with chopped onions. Combine the rest of the ingredients and toss together lightly. Serve cold.
