Ingredients

1 C finely chopped seedless Cucumber
1 finely chopped Garlic clove
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp White wine vinegar
1 tsp Dill (optional)
Pinch of Salt

Stir the ingredients together. For best flavor, make one day ahead and refrigerate.
