Cantaloupe Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 medium Cantaloupes, peeled, in chunks
1/2 C Raisins
1/2 C finely chopped Walnuts or Pecans
1/2 to 1 C plain Yogurt
1 C Cherries, pitted (sub for Pineapple)
1/2 C shredded Coconut (fresh or dried)
1 med Apple, cored, in chunks (peels on)
2 tsp grated Orange Peel
Instructions
Stir together the yogurt and orange peel; chill. Mix all fruits in a salad bowl. At serving time, add the nuts and pour chilled yogurt mixture over fruit, toss, and serve.
