Hummus
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
2 cans chick peas
1/4 cup fresh garlic minced
1/2 cup olive oil (grapeseed works too)
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini (paste made from sesame seeds-very high in calcium, found in any specialty section)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Mix sauce over chick peas, blend in small batches til smooth and creamy. Refridgerate no longer than 4 days.
Great with wholewhear pita bread.
Could cut recipe in half, so not to make so much.
