Easy Veggie Dip
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

This was a quick and easy dip to make for our Open House/Customer Appreciation Day!
Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 leek, diced
1 carrot, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp dill
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/4 cup Little Creek Garden Original dressing
500ml plain yogurt (Jerseyland Organic yogurt was our choice!)
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan. Saute the leeks, carrots, and garlic, until soft, adding a splash of water if necessary. When soft, remove vegetables from heat, and let them cool slightly.
Mix all ingredients together and stir. If desired, process in a blender or food processor until smooth. Garnish with carrot curls, parsley, and/or slivers of red pepper, and serve with raw veggies.
