Hummus with Sesame
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
1 19-ounce tin of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp hot red pepper sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions
Blend chickpeas in a blender with ¼ cup water. Add garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, hot pepper sauce, sesame oil and cumin. Puree until mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
