Rhubarb Salsa

Ingredients
3 C Rhubarb (diced)
3/4 C Sugar
1 Tbs. Orange Zest (grated)
1 C Orange juice
1 or 2 Jalapeno Peppers (seeded and chopped)
2 Green Onions (minced)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Cool. Serve with grilled meats or taco chips.
