Bell Pepper & Feta Veggie Dip
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Here is a great dip for veggies, fruit, and nachos:
Ingredients
4 oz of feta cheese
˝ bell pepper (you choose the colour – each one will bring its own unique flavour)
2 green onions
2 Tbs light sour cream, yogurt, or soy yogurt
Instructions
Chop veggies for dip and blend them until they are smooth.
