½ C Nutritional Yeast¼ C Arrowroot Powder (or cornstarch)2 Tbs Flour1 tsp Salt½ tsp Garlic powder2 C Water1 tsp Mustard½ C Olive oil
Mix the dry ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk in 1 C of water and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until it thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and whip in 1/2 cup oil and mustard. Put back on the heat and slowly add the remaining water. Cook until thickened and bubbly (it will have the consistency of a nacho cheese sauce).
