Fresh Peach Chutney

Ingredients
4 large ripe Peaches, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 medium Apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
¼ C finely chopped Onion
2 Tbs Honey
2 Tbs fresh Lemon juice
4 Tbs chopped Bell pepper
2 tsp finely minced fresh Ginger
1 tsp grated Lemon rind
2 Garlic cloves, finely minced
¼ to ½ tsp crushed dried Red peppers
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive bowl, mixing gently, but well. Chill for 2 or more hours to allow flavors to blend. Makes about 4 cups.
