Kale Sauce
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
2 C plain Soymilk
1/3-1/2 C Nutritional yeast
½ tsp each: Dill, Thyme, Basil
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1-2 Tbs Whole wheat flour
4 large leaves of Kale
Instructions
Add everything except the kale to a saucepan and whisk continually over medium heat (be careful not to scorch the soymilk). Steam kale for about 3 minutes. Remove kale and cut into small pieces. When the sauce is thoroughly heated, add the kale pieces and mix well. Remove from heat immediately, and serve over pasta.
