Ginger and Orange Marinade
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
1/2 C Soy sauce
1/2 C Orange juice
2 Tbs Rice vinegar
2 Tbs Peanut oil (or flavoured oil of your choice)
1 Tbs dark Sesame oil
2 Tbs fresh Ginger, minced
1/4 tsp hot Chili, minced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, Whisk to emulsify and use as a marinade for your favourite veggies, meat, or meat substitute.
