Low-Cal Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
1/2 C non-fat Yogurt
1 Tbs Honey Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs minced Green onion
1/2 tsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp grated fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh veggie sticks.
