Aioli (Garlic Mayonnaise)

A traditional Aioli dinner consists of a dish of garlic mayonnaise surrounded by fresh and steamed or grilled vegetables to dip. Serve on a bed of lettuce with hard-cooked eggs, tomatoes, marinated artichokes, olives, and a loaf of Okanagan Grocery Bread on the side! Brush zucchini lightly with oil and grill. Lightly steam new potatoes, green beans, and carrot. Aioli is also wonderful on grilled fish or tofu.
Ingredients
1/2 C fresh Lemon juice
1 tsp Tamari
3 large cloves Garlic
2 whole Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
2 1/2 C olive oil
Instructions
Combine in a blender and blend at high speed the above ingredients (except the oil). Next, turn on speed to medium, and gradually add olive oil. Once it is thick, turn it off (if you let the blender go too long, it will become thin again).
