Radish Relish
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
1 lb. Radish, peeled and julienne
1/2 C Rice wine vinegar
2 Tbs Sugar
2 Tbs Salt
1 tsp Chili flakes
Instructions
First prepare the Daikon radish relish. Boil the rice wine vinegar, sugar, salt and chili flakes together, then set aside to cool. When cooled, mix the julienne radish with the dressing. Set aside. Note: the relish can be prepared up to two days in advance, but should be prepared at least one hour in advance in order for flavors to blend)
