Red Onion Dip
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
2 Red onion, finely chopped
1/2 C Balsamic vinegar
1/2 C Honey
1/2 C Olive oil
1/2 C grainy Mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients. Put in small baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Increase oven temp to 420°F. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Try using this as a baguette topping and toast in the oven with olive oil baste.
