Blood Orange Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 C Blood Orange juice or regular Orange juice
1/4 C Sugar
1 1/2 tsp minced or pressed Garlic
1 Tbs minced fresh Ginger
1/4 to 1/2 tsp hot Chili flakes

Instructions

In a 10- to 12-inch nonstick frying pan over high heat, mix orange juice, sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes to taste. Boil until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes; stir often. Use hot or cold.
