Roasted Garlic-Pepper Dip

Ingredients

2 heads garlic
1 Red Pepper
1 C Sour Cream or Crème Fraiche
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 F. Slice tops off of the heads of garlic and roast for 45 min. or until tender. Slice and seed the pepper and broil 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so, until skin is blistered and browned. Cover and cool.

When cool, puree all ingredients together. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving. Makes 1½ C.
