Spinach or Greens Catalan Style
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
1 bunch spinach (or greens)
3 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp pine nuts
1 clove garlic`
Instructions
1. Soak and rinse the spinach well to remove dirt. Remove stems, and steam very briefly, until just wilted.
2. Coarsely chop the cooked spinach.
3. Warm the oil with the garlic (sliced) in a skillet over medium heat. When the garlic is golden, remove it.
4. Add the raisins and pine nuts, and cook until the raisins are plumped and the pine nuts are golden.
5. Add the greens and cook until they're heated through.
6. Season with salt and freshly-milled pepper to taste.
