Curried Cabbage
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup ghee or butter
2 Tbsp grated ginger
1 cup chopped onions
1 cabbage, thinly sliced
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
Saute the spices in ghee or butter (or substitute oil) for a minute or two. Add the onions and ginger and cook until the onions are transparent. Add the cabbage and stir so that all the ingredients are coated with the spices. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until the cabbage is soft.
Garnish with green onions, and serve over veggie patties, braised tofu, or grain dishes.
