Apple Potato Mash
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
1 lb Apples
2 lb Potatoes
1 Tbs Sugar
2 oz Butter
Instructions
Peel potatoes. Cook in salted, boiling water. Meanwhile peel, core, and slice apples. Place in a pot with a tablespoon of water and the sugar. Cook until soft. When the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash thoroughly. Beat in the apples and butter. Can be served as an accompaniment to meat and vegetable dishes. Serves 4.
