Sauteed Zucchini with Garlic, Lemon Zest, and Dill

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 1/2 lbs zucchini, thinly sliced
Salt and freshly milled pepper
2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
2 Tbsp chopped dill
Instructions
Heat the oil in a wide skillet, add the garlic, and cook over medium heat until it begins to colour.
Raise the heat, add the zucchini, and saute until heated through. Lower the heat and continue to cook, turning occasionally, until tender and golden around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
Season with salt and freshly milled pepper, toss with the lemon zest and dill, and serve.
