Beets in Red Wine and Stevia

Ingredients
4 C sliced Beets
½ - 1C Red wine or Raspberry Vinegar (adjust amount to taste)
½ C Water
Squirt of liquid Stevia
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and boil over a high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for about 30 minutes or until beets are tender. You can also add 8 whole cloves to the mixture for more flavour.
