1 lb fresh Asparagus, trimmed1/4 C Orange juice1 Tbs Oil1 tsp Cornstarch1/4 tsp Marjoram leaves, dried1 medium Orange, sectioned
Partially steam asparagus. Remove and place in a medium-sized pan. Mix orange juice, oil, cornstarch, and marjoram leaves. Pour mixture over partially steamed asparagus and continue to cook until the asparagus is tender. Top with orange sections. Let stand, covered for 3 minutes. Serves 4.
